In what way should Sami society and practitioners be involved in cultural events taking place on Sami land? How can a wide range of Sami perspectives be included?
Viermie K is programming the coming Arctic Arts Summit in Ubmeje Umeå 2026, Verdde is contributing to Giron Kiruna municipality's application to be European Capital of Culture 2029 and Oulu will be the European Capital of Culture 2026.
At KulturSápmi 2024 in Jåhkåmåhkke Jokkmokk Viermie K, Verdde and Oulu2026 invite Sami practitioners and organizations to join a conversation about Sami involvement and inclusion in cultural events.
